Biography
Michael Murray is an author and expert on corporate and personal insolvency law and related policy.
He is a Research Affiliate with the University of Sydney Law School.
He co-writes Keay's Insolvency, Ford's Corporations Law, Business Law in Australia and writes and edits other insolvency publications.
He is the government's nominee on statutory bankruptcy trustee and liquidator committees.
He has appeared before a number of parliamentary law reform committees and attended before UNCITRAL in Vienna on behalf of UNCCA -

He is a member of the Insolvency Academics Network.
He has spoken at numerous international conferences, and attended before UNCITRAL in Vienna on behalf of UNCCA -

He was formerly a visiting fellow at QUT, the Legal Director of ARITA, and a solicitor with the Australian Government Solicitor.
