This is the third and final event in the Academy’s Access to Justice series for 2018. Whereas the second one focussed on "Overcoming financial barriers", this time the debate will be on "Overcoming non-financial barriers".
The non-financial barriers are various and numerous: difficulties associated with language, culture, age, geographical location, disabilities whether physical or intellectual, and others.
The Panel will be held at The Banco Court, Level 13 Law Courts Building, Queen's Square, Sydney on Tuesday 27 November 2018.
